BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

// PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

These Booking Terms and Conditions supplement our other policies available on our website. Should there be any queries or anything is unclear, please ensure you get in touch before you place your booking.

//RESPONSIBILITY

Once Saddlers Cottage has received your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation of your booking. From then the balance will be due 28 days prior to the date of arrival. The responsibility to ensure the balance is paid off before the due date is your responsibility.

//ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

We are happy for you to access Saddlers Cottage from 4.30 pm on the day your booking commences, departure of the property must be done before 10 am to ensure we have time to clean and maintain the property before the next booking arrives.

//OCCUPANCY

Saddlers Cottage sleeps up to 5 people. Please note - we do not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18 years old.

//PROPERTY ISSUES

Any issues with the property must be reported to the owners of Saddlers Cottage as soon as possible. You must also allow the owner access to the property in the event of any maintenance issues and or emergencies during your stay.

//PAYMENTS

All bookings made 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of the booking to ensure the booking is confirmed. All bookings must be fully paid 28 days in advance of arrival.

//NON AVAILABILITY

Should there become an issue with Saddlers Cottage after you have placed your booking and the owner contacts you to say it is no longer available, all monies will be refunded in full.

//COTTAGE UTILITIES

Electricity/Gas/Water is included in the cost of your holiday. WIFI is available, however, due to the location service may be disrupted from time to time.

// NON SMOKING

Saddlers Cottage is a non-smoking property.

// COMPLAINTS

Please do report any complaints or report of damage and maintenance issues to the owners of Saddlers Cottage as soon as possible.

//COTS AND HIGHCHAIRS

We are sorry, we do not currently offer a cot but you are very welcome to bring your own travel cot. There is a high chair for your use at Saddlers Cottage.

//DOGS

Please do contact us before booking if you have a requirement to bring a dog.

//CANCELLATIONS

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the accommodation charge is due.
If the booking is cancelled between 28 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the accommodation charge is due.
If the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, you will forfeit your 25% deposit.
Should a booking need to be moved due to coronavirus, we will happily move your booking for a charge of £50.

If you would like to move your booking to an alternative date, you may need to pay an additional cost depending on the date requested, or if the alternative date happens to be cheaper than the one you have booked, we will refund the difference. There will also be a 50 GBP per booking administration fee for moving your booking.

We, therefore, strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover you for any cancellation possibilities.

//REDUCTION AND NO SHOW

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

//GUEST LIABILITY

We accept no liability for any loss, damage, sickness or injury however caused which may be sustained during the holiday to you, a member of your party or any car and it’s contents, possessions of you or anyone above.

//OTHER LIABILITY

We accept no liability or responsibility to pay any compensation where events are beyond our control, such as natural disaster, fire, flood, weather damage or adverse weather conditions, natural or nuclear disaster, war or terrorism.

//WEBSITE ACCURACY
